Approximately 135 head of cattle will be offered for sale in the Bellair Estate dairy herd dispersal on Friday 25 September at Golden Vale Mart, Tullamore.
The sale comprises of 20 recently calved cows and 59 cows due to calve in 2026, plus 56 maiden heifers and heifer calves.
The spring-calving herd will be dispersed at the same venue on Friday 2 October, comprising over 140 head.
The herd has an average milk yield of over 7,000kg and an average lactation number of 2.6.
Milk records from January to the end of July 2026 show 4.55% butterfat, 3.61% protein and a somatic cell count of 93.
Approximately 73% of cows have been inseminated with sexed semen, with all cattle export eligible. Vaccinations for leptospirosis, BVD, IBR, bluetongue and salmonella were given to the herd in the past year.
