Lakeland Dairies has welcomed the newest group of graduates to its graduate programme and has also announced that applications for its 2027 graduate programme are now open.
The programme offers graduates the opportunity to build rewarding careers within one of Ireland’s leading dairy co-operatives. This year’s intake will begin a two-year journey of learning, development and career growth.
Joining Lakeland Dairies from a range of disciplines, the graduates will gain valuable hands-on experience through structured rotations across the business as well as professional development opportunities and practical on-the-job learning.
Throughout the programme, they will benefit from mentoring and networking opportunities while also building connections with colleagues and senior leaders across the organisation.
The graduate programme forms part of Lakeland Dairies’ ‘Proud Roots, Bright Futures’, a commitment to developing the next generation of talent across its business and farming community.
